What was the most effective political tactic in achieving suffrage for women

    I would say it was most likely the protests and the inspiration drawn from Woodrow Wilson's "self-determination" concept which made populations, including women in America, more likely to take a stand for themselves. However, a tactic specifically, I would say that protesting and creating new norms really took a toll on the U. S.
