    He was able to seize power and promise change is how did the Revolutions of 1848 benefit Louis Napoleon The second republic in france ended when louis napoleon became emperor. Second French Republic existed from 1848 till 52 for whole this time Louis Napoleon was president of France and everyone knew that republic is temporary
