Hunter-gatherer is a group of people or a society that hunts wild animals and plants for their food. They depend on nature’s blessing in order to live and have food.

Here are 3 of their characteristics

    1. Habitat and Population - May their place to stay is permanent or temporary depending on the availability and abundance of food on the place they are in.

    2. Social structure - Usually hunter-gatherers are egalitarian, in which women are influential and men are powerful.

    3. Economic structure - They don’t have permanent leaders, instead people on their group take initiatives.
