    In the modern times, due to women empowerment, women have now been treated fairly especially in the workforce and that they are able to choose the profession they want and receive the same treatment and salaries. In the developed countries, these women already receive 75 percent of what men earn but still depends on the position and the kind of job they are taking. The answer for this would be the first option.
