    The Gentlemen’s agreement of 1907 is a democratic agreement between United States of America and Japan. In this agreement, Japanese immigration to America will not be restricted by the American government. Before there was discrimination with the Japanese and the American that are staying in San Francisco, and because of this incident the agreement was formed.
