Which court would have original jurisdiction over a case in which one state sued another?

State supreme court

U. S. Supreme Court

U. S. Court of Appeals

    It depends what the situation is, but I think that for the most part it is C the U. S. Court of Appeals. U. S. Court of Appeals has districts that group certain states together, for instance, Alabama is grouped with Georgia and Florida. So, I say it is C because I do not think Maine (district 1) would be too concerned over what Georgia (district 11) does. But if for some reason that does happen, I suppose it would go to the U. S Supreme Court.
