Like cultures were separated.

    A new alliances were formed because near the end of the war napoleon had conquered a ton of land and had lots of power so his enemies came together to form a alliance to attack and destroy his army and they succeed, later they exiled him to a island where he spent a few years on and later came back to France to start another revolution.
