Byzantine Culture was a mix of cultures given that the empire spanned a large swath of territory around the Mediterranean Sea, however, based upon these answers the best answer is probably C.) because it was most similar to Roman culture. It was a blend of Greco-Roman cultures but it was not a blend of Persian culture because the Byzantine Empire was often at war with the Persians.
