    The only church that requires full celibacy form the clergy since 13th century is the Catholic Church also Catholic Church follows the rule that pope has authroiuty but never stated that secualr emperoro is leader of the church therfore this could describe eastern orthodoxy but there clergy are allowed to marry except monks and pope was considered equal to the aptrarch of constantinople not the one head of teh church
