Three congressional power include: making laws, overriding a presidential veto, and coining money.

Congress is in the Legislative Branch of the Government. The legislative branch maintains four agencies namely;

1) Library of Congress

2) Congressional Budget Office

3) Printing Office

4) General Accounting Office
