A monarchy is a form of government where power is held by a single person whose right to rule is based on birth and who has the power to remain in office for life. I believe that it does not make sense to place power in the hands of one individual because not every citizen might agree with the leader, so it would be better if a group would lead a community because there would be different opinions and some citizens would agree with some of their decisions.

Monarchy is where there is equality between a group of people rather than just one person in charge so it is asking if you think that one person should be in charge or equal votes in the group. Go into as much detail as possible.
