Hitler hated the Treaty of Versailles along with the majority of the German public. Terms like taking the blame for the war and the reparation payments particularly angered the citizens of Germany (including Hitler) because it made their country weak and powerless. This resulted in Adolf Hitler joining the Nazi Party so he could make the country great again and fix the many, many issues they German people were struggling with.
