The Jacksonian democracy expanded the political process to involve more US citizens - opens government to more citizen voices. it also expands voting rights - removes property requirements and poll taxes.

The spoils system rewarded political supporters with government positions

"to the victor goes the spoils" goes the famous quote - once jackson became the victor he shared his spoils with his supporters but the system isnt really necessary to include in the answer i just thought its important to know about this era
