How did the 19th Amendment change women's lives? They could now get jobs that used to be for men only. They could finally vote and run for office. They could now purchase and sell alcoholic beverages. all of the above none of the above

    "They could finally vote and run for office" is correct since this is exactly what the 19th Amendment did. Prohibition of alcohol didn't come until the 21st Amendment.
