Why was Brown V. Board of Education argued twice in front of Supreme Court in 1954 and 1955?

    To increase the speed and also show how extremely important this case was to tge childern with colored skin who had to travel long distance to learn because they were not allowed to go to White schools. Colored School had little school funds and the school were torn and beat up while white school were in good conditions meeting all heath qualifications and education standards.

    Because of the phrase " with all deliberate speed" but they weren't moving fast enough, so he repealed again to make the case of segregation move faster.
