    The question ask for the reason why did the author of Southern Manifesto claim that chief justice Earl Warrens decision was a threat to the the constitutional order. Base on my research the possible reason to it is that the constitutional order has been used because it doesn't state to the constitution about the education neither the 414th Amendment or the other amendments
