What is symbolic speech? Should it be treated any differently than written or oral forms of expression? Why do you think the Supreme Court has upheld restrictions on free speech under some circumstances, but overturned restrictions in others?

    "Symbolic speech is a legal term in United States law used to describe actions that purposefully and discernibly convey a particular message or statement to those viewing it."

    Not really just some people understand written version sometimes depending on the person's learning ability.

    Because hate speech and threatening people is never okay not even in the slightest bit.
