Santa Clause decided to list a piece of property with Jack Frost, a quick witted real estate agent. The two entered into an exclusive listing agreement whereby Jack Frost would get a commission on the sale of the property. The duration of the agreement was to last nine months. After entering into the listing agreement, Jack Frost was missing in action. Santa had attempted to contact Jack through written letters and phone calls to no avail. During the final thirty days of the listing agreement, Santa found a buyer on his own whose name is Frosty. Will Jack Frost be able to collect the commission?

    Yes.

    Explanation:

Despite who found the buyer, Jack Frost was to get his commission. Unless the contract said otherwise, all that matters is the property sold within the 9 months it was listed.
