    Explanation:

    The constitution of American has given rights for the criminal in the Fifth Amendment. The amendment protect criminal from the forced confession. In the legal proceeding the court cannot force the defendant to accept the crime by forced compulsion.

    In the compelled Self incrimination it states the police or other official including the judge should not use threat or force or pressure to obtain the confession. And also it states that threatening the harm the family members and threatening to confiscate the property to obtain the confession is not allowed.
