this is a pretty hard one but i'd say false

Explanation:

over 600,000 people enter prison gates, but people go to jail 10.6 million times each year. i have lived in a trailer park and cops knew there was drugs in this lady trailer but didn't arrest her because there way too many people in prison as it is so they let a lot slide that like that, they get out quicker too.
