Do you think the law should dictate what the sentence for a particular crime should be? Why or why not?

    Yes and No.

    Explanation:

    The government is one of the well - educated set of people. They know what they are doing and are considered wealthy and smart. But everyone is not perfect and the law are sometimes wrong. Certain crimes and situations should be taken into consideration by the victim in which they feel is the right amount of time their predator deserves. The law doesn't always give the right amount of sentencing for the worst of people. The government though, do make smart decisions sometimes but its not always a satisfaction for those looking for a great sentencing. Some people are not fairly sentenced.
