Why is it the President's job to enforce Supreme Court decisions? How is that a check on the Judicial Branch?

    So basically the Judaical branch decides if something is constitutional they can't also enforce there own rulings, allowing them to do so would give them to much power. Since legislature makes laws its leaves the executive branch as the only branch left that can enforce laws.
