In your own words, why is the fourth amendment important?!

    The fourth amendment was added to the constitution as a part of Bill of Rights on December 15, 1791 and it protects the people from searching their private property and homes without proper search warrants. It protects personal privacy that is every citizens right to be free from government intrusion into their property, businesses and homes.

    The fourth amendment is very important. It prevents the police from doing unnecessary searches of your house or any item. If they have no reason to search, it shouldn't be searched. People have the right to privacy if they didn't commit a crime.
