A police officer response to call about a young person with a gun sitting on a park bench upon arriving at the park in this crazy Ville officer thousand three times to show your hands the person tonight shows hands and they reach toys build within two seconds of arriving he was shot and killed by police officers young person turns out to be 12 years and the gun is a toy. Is this a justifiable use of force by the officer? Explain.

    Explanation:

    When an Officer is called to an incidence such as this, They have to take all precautions when guns or weapons are involved. In this case they could not get close enough because of precautions. When he did not put up his hands they were shown an act of defiance. At age 12 a boy knows how to follow commands especially from a cop. When he did not listen assuming he moved around not putting up his hands the cop (s) shot at the boy.
