What happens to a bill passed by the legislature if the governor does not veto it, but does not sign it?

a. The bill dies.

b. The bill goes back to the senate.

    If the governor does not sign the bill, it becomes a law without his/her signature, except at the sine die adjournment of the biennial, when it is considered to be vetoed 30 days after transmittal.
