If it moves 29.9 meters a day, then we need to find the total amount of days:

    1000 days + 100 days = 1100 days

Since it moves 29.9m per day, we can write:

    29.9m x 1100 which equals 32 890m

    So it moved 32 890m

    (1000x29.9) - (100x29.9) = 29900-2990=26910
