    In form

    ax^2+bx+c

    if a=1, then for it to be a perfect squaer trinomail

    c = (b/2) ^2

    so

    x^2-6/5x+c

    a=1

    so

    (-6/5/2) ^2=c = (-3/5) ^2=9/25

    c=9/25

    it would factor to

    (x-3/5) ^2
