    Cylinder surface area equation: 2 (pi) (r) (h) + 2 (pi) (r^2)

    Cilinder a: 2 (pi) (2) (2) + 2 (pi) (2^2) = 8pi + 8pi = 16pi = 50.3

    Cilinder b: 2 (pi) (2) (4) + 2 (pi) (2^2) = 16pi + 8pi = 75.4
