These are 6 rows of seats in a theater. Each now has 3 less seats than the row before it. if the first row has 55 seats, what would be the correct explicit function to model this scenario?

    You have a total of 55 seats and there are six rows of seats. It says that each row has three less than the first. Now if you are making an equation for this you would say your previous number x - 3 your previous number would of course would be 55, And you would subtract 3 from that and you would do this six times.

    55-3=52

    52-3=49

    49-3=46

    46-3=43

    43-3=40

    40-3=37
