The formula below gives N, the number of people who will go to a concert, as a function of p, the number of posters that are displayed to advertise the concert.

N (p) = 60p-p^2

what is the value of N (9) ?

    N (p) = 60p - p^2

    N (9) = 60 (9) - (9) ^2

    N (9) = 540 - 81

    N (9) = 459.

    I believe the solution would be 459, thus 459 people will go to the concert.
