Without calculating, is the equation (1.8 x 3) x 2.1 = 3 x (1.8 x 2.1) true or false? Explain your reasoning

    Its actually true because of the property of multiplication. Multipling as many numbers as you want doesent matter, it will always have the same product at the end no matter what order the numbers are in (As long as the only sign in the equation is multiplication)

    (1.8*3) * 2.1 = 3 * (1.8*2.1) (5.4) * 2.1 = 3 * (3.78) 5.4*2.1 = 3*3.78 11.34 = 9.54 False: Because 11.34 does not equal 9.54
