    A^2 + b^2 = c^2 ... where a and b are ur legs and c is ur hypotenuse

    7^2 + b^2 = 25^2

    49 + b^2 = 625

    b^2 = 625 - 49

    b^2 = 576 ... take square root of both sides, eliminating the ^2

    b = sq rt 576

    b = 24 ft < = = = length of the other leg
