The answer is: C. For every 4 giraffes in the zoo, there are 10 monkeys

That is because, the ratio of number of giraffes to the number of monkeys in a zoo is 2 to 5, or 2/5.

If I multiply 2/5 by 2 (does not change the value) I get 4/10.

    So, C is correct!
