    y-11=4x

    subtract 4x from both sides;

    -4x+y-11=0

    multiply each side by - 1 to make a positive;

    (-1) - 4x+y-11=0

    4x-y+11=0 standard form = ax+by+c=0

    a, b &c are integers and a >0

    y-7=4 (x+4)

    First distribute the 4;

    y-7=4x+4

    subtract 4 from the sides;

    y-7-4=4x+4-4

    When written in standard form the result is:
