One circle has a circumference of 12 pi. another circle has a circumference of 32 pi. what is the ratio of the radius of the smaller circle to the radius of the larger circle?

    circumference=pi * 2 radius=12pi, radius (small) = 6;

    circumference=pi * 2 radius=32pi, radius (small) = 16;

    6:16=3:8
