    First, we have to notice that 0 = (2*0) ^2

    and 4 = (2*1) ^2

    and 16 = (2*3) ^2

    and 64 = (2*4) ^2

    The y value is always the square of twice the x value or,

    y = (2x) ^2 or y = 4x^2
