12x + 2y = 0

y = - 6x + 3

    2y=-12x+6

    No solution because 12x-12x=0x

    And 6 doesn't equal 0

    That's technically impossible because those are unlike terms and you cannot combine them. The expression would be 12x+5*-6x. That's the most simplified answer.
