In a survey 210 out of 300 people were in favor of spending city money to build a new park. If 1,300 people are surveyed, how many would you expect to be in favor of funding the park?

    In the survey, there is a total of 1300 people being surveyed. While we could solve that 1300/300 is equal to 4.33 or 13/3.

    And 210 0f 300 is equal to 70%.

    Then we can solve for the total number of people in favored of funding the park:

    210*13/3=910

    910 people
