28: (11-7+3) * 2

how do you do this

    You do the brackets first, 11-7=4,4+3=7 then you divide 7 by 28 which is 4. 7,14,21,28. So you now do 4x2=8 so the answer is 8.

    (I checked with a calculator afterwards and I was right.)
