A regular month has more or less 30 days in it. So 1 month is equal to 30 days. There are 24 hours in a day, hence 30*24 = 720. There are 720 hours in a month.

    15/720 * 100 = 2.1%

    45/720 * 100 = 6.25%

Hence, Tina had more hours of practice this month just with a difference of 4.15%.
