    C + p = 120 ... c = chicken sandwich carbs, p = pasta salad carbs

    p = 2c + 30

    c + (2c + 30) = 120

    3c + 30 = 120

    3c = 120 - 30

    3c = 90

    c = 90/3

    c = 30 grams < = = = carbs in the chicken sandwich

    p = 2c + 30

    p = 2 (30) + 30

    p = 60 + 30

    p = 90 grams < = = = carbs in the pasta salad
