    Let x be the number of people who read both newspaper and magazins, then

    75 - (25 - 10 + 10 + x - 10) + 35 - (25 - 10 + 15 - 10 + 10) + 45 - (15 - 10 + 10 + x - 10) + 25 - 10 + 15 - 10 + x - 10 + 10 = 100

    60 - x + 5 + 40 - x + 20 + x = 100

    125 - x = 100

    x = 125 - 100 = 25

    x = 25

    Therefore,

    the maximum number of people in the survey who read both newspapers and magazines.
