To take advantage of last weekend, Mr. Elias and his wife went to a rural tourism house in

Serra da Estrela. There was a large watering tank with 5 equal taps that

Water. After some observations and experiences, Mr. Elias found that:

 With the 5 taps fully open and the watering outlet also open, the tank takes 2 hours to

to fill;

 With 3 taps fully open and the outlet also functioning, it took 3 hours and 45

Minutes for the tank to fill.

Is it just that with a faucet running and the outlet also running the tank comes to fill? If yes, in
