Use deductive reasoning to draw a conclusion from the given statements. If a number is divisible by 6, then it is also divisible by 3. The number 104 is not divisible by 3.

    6=2*3

    an integer that is divisible by 6 can be reprsented by 6n where n is an integer

    6n/3 = (3*2n) / 3=3/3 (2n) = 2n

    if 104 is not divisble by 3, then it must not be divisble by 6 either
