Adam Drew the same size rectangles and divided them into the same number of equal parts. He shades one third of one rectangle and one fourth of the other rectangle. what is the least number of parts into which both rectangles could be divided?

    From my math, the answer I got was 12.

    12 because 3 x 4 = 12
