    Fraction is in form a/b

decimal is like 0.23, it is in tenths, hundreths, thousandths

percent is parts out of 100

    some examples to convert

    so

    1/4

to convert to decimal, either divide with calulator or make the denomenator into a multipule of 10

    1/4 times 25/25=25/100=2.5/10=0.25/1=0.25

and 25/100 is 25 parts out of 100 so that is 25%
