    You could plug them all in ... but a faster way:

    add the 2 equations together.

    You would get:

    4x = 8 (the 2y and - 2y cancel out)

    x = 2

    Plug x back into one of the equations.

    x + 2y = 3

    2 + 2y = 3

    2y = 1

    y = 1/2

    So ... B (2, 1/2)
