The width is w = 26 cm. Thus, the length is 26 cm + 10 cm, or 36 cm.

If we cut the board crosswise into 9 pieces of the same size and shape, each piece would be 26 cm by (36 cm) / 9, or 26 cm by 4 cm. Many other possibilities exist.
