    The Answer is 8

    How?

So first do 3 + 4 which equals 7 next move to the fractions 1/6 + 5/6 in this problem 1+5 = 6 and its out of 6 making it an addition whole number

You can make everything an improper fraction and then find the least common denominator and combine.

    so 3*6+5 will give you 23/6 & 4*6+1 = 25/6

and then add the top numbers then divide.
