Explain how you can tell without calculating whether the sum of a positive number and a negative number will be positive, negative, or zero.

The way you can tell if a number is negative or positive if the absolute value of a number let say - 4 + 5 the the higher number will be what answer will be like - 4+5 so 5 is the greater number so the answer will be posive if the number is negative and high the answer will be negative number
